GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT THIS HOME. All guests that book this home will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide proof of ID.

Please note that the outdoor fire pit at the house is wood burning. Firewood is not provided or left for Guests, and Guests are responsible for all wood. Should Guests want the Host to facilitate firewood prior to arrival, the Guest will need to notify and message the Host in advance of arrival so the Host can accommodate based on availability. Guests will be responsible for firewood expenses.

GUESTS SHOULD TAKE NOTE OF ANY OBVIOUS DAMAGES UPON CHECK IN AND NOTIFY HOST IMMEDIATELY. SHOULD GUESTS NOT NOTIFY HOST, HOST WILL ASSUME DAMAGES ARE DUE TO GUESTS OCCUPYING PROPERTY, DAMAGES WILL BE NOTED UPON CHECK OUT, AND REIMBURSEMENT REQUESTS WILL BE SENT ACCORDINGLY.
