Blue Haven on Lake

Welcome to Blue Haven on the Lake, a cozy two-bedroom, two-bath cabin on a small, quiet mountain lake just 9 miles from downtown Blue Ridge. Have your coffee on the screened porch looking out over the water. Spend the afternoon paddling the kayaks or fishing the stocked lake from the dock, then end the day by the gas fireplace. It’s calm and private, with no busy boat traffic, so it’s easy to slow down.

The heart of Blue Haven is the screened porch overlooking the lake. It’s comfortable from the first cup of coffee to the last evening conversation, and you won’t have to deal with bugs. From there it’s a short walk to the dock, where the kayaks are ready for an easy paddle on calm water. Bring your fishing gear: the lake is stocked, so the dock is a great spot to cast a line at sunrise or sunset.

Inside, the gas fireplace makes the living area warm and inviting at the flip of a switch, and the smart TV is ready for movie nights and your favorite streaming apps. The kitchen has very modern appliances, so cooking a full meal is just as easy as making a quick breakfast before heading out.

Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms give everyone their own space, which makes the cabin a great fit for couples, small families or two couples traveling together.

Getting here is easy. Paved roads lead almost to the door, with just a short final stretch to the cabin. Downtown Blue Ridge is about 9 miles away for shopping, dining, wineries and the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway.
